►对 象:大学日间部大一至大三同学(分别适用114、113、112学年课程规划)
Target Audience:Freshmen to Juniors in the Day Division Bachelor's Program (applicable to the 114, 113, and 112 academic year curriculum plans, respectively)
►申请期间:115年5月18日(一)中午12:00至115年5月22日(五)下午5:00止
Application Period:From 12:00 PM on Monday, May 18, Year 115 to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 22
►系统路径:学生资讯系统à点选「各项申请」à下拉点选「学程申请」
System Path:In the Student Information System -> select 'Various Applications'-> 'Program Application'
同学成功送出申请资料后，请至系统「各项纪录」à「学程选择结果查询」确认内容是否无误。
In the Student Information System-> please go to "Various Records"-> "Program Selection Result Inquiry" in the system to verify that your information is correct.
如需修改选填项目，请于系统开放期间登入调整；最终以系统申请纪录为准。
If you need to modify optional fields, please log in to make adjustments while the system is open; the final application records in the system shall prevail.

【111～113 学年度入学生】: 同学可依所选学程进行课程规划，若遇必修课程未开设之情形，请依开课单位或跨领域学程主责单位择定之替代课程修习。详情请参阅附件一「111～113 学年度跨领域学程一览表及替代课程对照表」。
【114 学年度入学生】: 自 114 学年度起，各系推动「领域专长」，目前共计53个领域专长。欢迎同学先至领域专长查询系统了解课程架构及相关资讯，并于学程登记期间一并完成登记。
