Every year, social work students would present their summer internship to the faculty and other students in the social work department. This showcase also provides the opportunity for social work students to share their achievements and experiences with other students who will be interning in the following summer, to help prepare them on what to expect.

 

After the presentations, students who will be interning in the next summer will attend a briefing session conducted by one of the professors from the department. They would take the time to discuss their future internships, giving them guidance on how to work in a social work field, and how to be creative and stay motivated.
