[Announcement] Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract
This conference adopts an abstract review process. Abstracts should include the research background, questions, methodology, major findings, and discussion. To enhance the quality of the ICEI and aim for future inclusion of conference proceedings in Scopus, English abstracts are a required submission component.

For English oral presentations, please submit an abstract of 800 words.

For English poster presentations, please submit an abstract of 500 words.

For Chinese oral presentations, please submit an abstract of 1,000 words.

For Chinese poster presentations, please submit an abstract of 750 words.
Note: Submitting a Chinese abstract implies the presentation will be conducted in Chinese.
The word limits above are maximum limits; abstracts that are too short or exceed the limit will not be accepted. Word count does not include references.
Each submission must include:

Title of the paper

Abstract content
-
Keywords (3–5 keywords)
The conference follows a double-blind review process. Therefore, do not include author names or any identifying information in the abstract. Submissions that do not follow the word count limits or violate the formatting rules will not be considered for review.
Please register for an account on the conference website (https://icei.ce.nthu.edu.tw/) before uploading your abstract. After the review results are announced, accepted authors must complete registration and final submission by the given deadline.

One account may only be used to submit one abstract.
If you wish to submit a second abstract, please register a separate account. -
Each accepted abstract requires a separate registration fee.

Each paper may include up to six authors.

Each person may be the first author on no more than two papers.
